9.1 Percent unemployment. Who owns this, For sure not GWB, All on Obama. What does it take to make it better.?

The unemployment rate is the fault of no president, raises and falls are natural within business cycles, what Obama/congress is faulted with are several expensive stimulus and jobs bills which did not reduce unemployment but simply adding to the debt, in fact unemployment numbers went higher than what they said it would go if we didn't pass them.
