My husband recently got in an accident, he had blacked out while driving.He got a ticket for failure to report?

And another ticket for careless driving. We are in the process of getting medical testing done to figure out why this has happend. It is not the 1st time...he blacked out about 9yrs ago and drove through a motel. Do we have a good chance fighting these tickets????
