T.v. licence laws and my rights?

If the TV is "capable" of receiving broadcast signals, then YES you do need a receiver licence. The only way out of this is for the TV to be permanently and irrevocably made incapable of receiving TV signals from anywhere. ie as a stand alone computer monitor. Sorry they do seem to have all the gaps closed. Pay up like the rest of us have to.
