Which non western countrys are becoming less homophobic?

well uganda was trying to pass a kill the gays bill but i can't remember if it passed, so definetly not africa, china is very much homophobic still, there children are suppose to carry on the family name which is why girls are usually dumped somewhere and son's kept but if the son is gay he can't carry on family name and the family usually disowns him. Japan isn't as bad but not great either.russia is becoming less homophobic as well as the western countries. The middle east still kills gays in most countries so not there.
